Tetsuya Nomura draws some really hot stuff (Parasite Eve = Hot stuff), but his overuse of belts in design is sort of a joke. ...Except with Lulu, who embraces over-the-top belts so much that it's awesome.

The idea was to parody the belt thing, but I threw in some zippers and netted stuff. People have asked, "Where's the huge sword?", but if she was gonna have a weapon...it'd be a whip. Made of belts.
