The gift of Cowboy Bebop fanart for ~Lackshmana's birthday...from February 1st. He introduced me to Bebop a couple of years ago and it's one of his all-time favorite shows.

This was actually drawn a few weeks ago, but after getting a shipment of Copic refills in yesterday I could finally color it. ...Of course, then I spilled refill ink all over the page, which I had to work in and pretend was intentional. >__>

Painting the stars was fun. I jammed my way on this from 11 PM to 4:30 AM.

You even remembered to make Spike's eyes two different colors! I like that Faye is holding onto that beta tape too. I can't tell where you spilled the ink, because this all is done so well and it fits together great.

You can kiiinda tell on Jet's cheek, there's a bit of misshapen shadow that saturated the paper too much to blend over properly. D:

Otherwise...I'm happy that you noticed the eye and beta tape details, I wasn't sure anyone would!
